ECU/ECM question....

Whenever i reset the ecu on my 2005 TL at, I like it so much that i wouldn't trade it for any other car out there. There is no lag and the car feels so much peppier, my problem is that the peppines goes away after a day or two. I wish there was a way to block the ecu from adapting because after they of two or becomes sluggish and laggy. Either that or something is wrong with my ecm or the software.

My question is... Can i take it to the dealer for an reflash and how much do they charge. Also if i get a used ecm and replace mine, will it still need to be reflashed ??

i think you have to keep driving it peppy to keep the car peppy.
you're driving too "grandma" for the car to keep it on the edgy.
