ECM difference

Any of you know if there is any difference between AT ECU and MT ECU?

It depends, 2004-2005 ECU's are different from the 2006 which is different from the 2007-2008 TL and then the 2007-2008 TL-S...

Why do you ask? Need the wiring diagram? Need to replace your current one? Planning a swap?

Yes the MT ECM's has a higher redline and top speed for one. I think the MT's pull timming or dilutes throttle inputs to keep the car from smoking the tires every time you leave a light.
