Ebay fogs wiring harness...Help please!

HEK I hope you don't mind me using your pictures but Im in a wiring hell right now and I need guidance...THX
Im running into slight problems with wiring my fog lights and its starting to get frustrating. I bought the ebay kit and mine came with two relays and the set up below. Im using an OEM accord switch which plugs into the grayish plug in picture 3. I fellow acurazine UMBERT helped me out with the wiring this mess. I know there are a lot of posts out there with wiring but there aren't any that are exactly detailed and correspond to this harness so I started this one. Here is what we got so far:
The exposed red, yellow and white wires in picture 1:

Yellow gets snaked thru the firewall and connected to the switch harness (shorter Picture 3 & 4)-the connection point as far I know can be anywhere on the harness since it the yellow wire runs thru the harness to the switch along the entire harness.

Red is connected the + on the battery with a in-line fuse connection

White in Picture 1-2 or the the blue (which has to be stripped from its plug) is ran to the OEM factory wired park light wire under the dash. This is what Im not sure about....BTW how do you tap in that wire anyways....my hand barely fits in there yet along a T tap and pair of pliers. I've looked at posts here and I think I know which wire it is but how do you get there and is there another way, like the fuse or something. Anyhow any input would be great.

P.s In order to see if the fogs would turn on before I ran everything thru the firewall I grounded both harness on the - terminal on the batt and ran the red wire from the long harness to the + terminal. Next I connected to yellow to yellow on both harness and left the white alone. Technically this should turn on the fogs right? Or do I need the another wire ran into something else? Im confused and frustrated fromt this already and its been only couple days.

I hope you can since I got the DDM Raptor kit that is 35w as well...hehe...since the wattage the HID requires to operate is lower than the actual fog light of 55 watts it shouldn't be a problem...plus its the most common swap and as far I know and there isnt a 55w HID kit because it would melt your fogs...meaning the kit I got is only a 35w but producing 23000V...imagine what a 55w would do...but this only my inexperienced electrical brain is telling me.
