E85 & the TL?

Can we use it and would it be worthwhile? I know someone had to ask this before but FlexFuel searches didn’t turn anything up.

No. E10 that is found in gas now is ok, but no E85! Your car must be specially built for it with different fuel lines.

E85 is corrosive and you would be lucky if the car even ran on it. Even with the government chipping in on the price, it it sill moe expensive on a per mile basis due to poor fuel economy (about 2/3's gasoline). There is a debate on whether or not it is better for the environment (some say it is worse) and some claim it takes about a gallon of dino fuel to process a gallon of ethanol (so we still owe the Arabs). Near as I can figure, most of the hype about ethanol is polictical for now.
