Dyno and track times.
Ok So here are my results from last weekend. Dyno'd in the AM (Dynojet) then went to the track around 5 PM or so...High for the day was mid 40s-50 degrees.
I dyno'd at the place that did my throttle body spacer. the first run were done with the Throttle body spacer off, the second with it onLOST HP!!! a Little over 4 HP was lost and it only gained at 3000 Rpms... THe company that dyno'd me is the same company producing the TB spacer, and are going back to change the design to see if they can get it to gain. The company has been around since the mid 80's doing alot of V8 stuff and us very reputable. the "import" scene is a little new to them so its fun to help them out as much as possible! (and get free stuff!!! )
I also went to Centerville, and managed to turn my time from a 12.2 last time to an 11.5 this time....crank pully and about 20 degrees cooler this time...

I didnt get the P2r spacer because I had this one made at least 4 months in advance of P2r's release, it has the same design except for the inside which on the p2r is straight trhrough, but on mine it isnt. The guy here just has to get the bore to the correct size for gain on our motors....there isnt any diff. in the design of the p2r and mine that i can see. and if you have not dyno'd YOUR car BEFORE and AFTER you DO NOT know if you gained any power or not....it sure felt like i did but the dyno shows different.
and as far asa revving, we took it all the way to redline, I just cut the graph off and stopped the #'s at 6300 because you dont make any pwr after that, you just lose it.
oh and another thing my TB spacer, dyno, and research untill they get it right is all free!

I was just about to say why pay for the p2r one when you got a company using ur car for r&d... I remember pm'ing you regarding this spacer bacl when I joined so guys he's had this thing in there for a very long time..
Ps. Does that spacer use thermal gaskets.. Maybe the heating of the spacer is causing the loss
