DST Daylight Savings Time Didn't change!

So my friend and I both have TL's in Dallas and neither of our clocks changed automatically this year. What happened?

Because it's programmed to change on the old dates for DST.

What happen was.......Last yr the goverment moved it back early (DLST),so now we have to change it on our own?? If you leave it alone,it will change automatically as normal??
