Can you change your Daytime Running Light bulbs to white / blue ones?? if so whats the bulb # ?

mine is a 9005...i changed mine to a hyper yellow...i love em!

 

You can but it wont make a difference. Yellow would work. I put silverstars in and it didnt look any difference, I suppose because of the lower voltage or something. I just ended up disabling my DRL's anyways.

 

I remember seeing a pic with someone replacing them with blue LED's it looked hot. But how do you disable them??

 

I tried all day to do it without the warning light coming on but I cant figure out a way short of taking apart my dash and disabling the warning light bulb as well. So I just ended up with sticking to leaving the DRL fuse out. It says DRL on my dash but its small and not bright or anything so I dont mind.

 

I Install A Set Of Hid. They Look Amazing.it Kind Of Tricky To Istall,because The Amount Of Voltage Dlr Use It's About 5v And You Need 12v To Trigger The Hid On. I Had To Use A Special Relay Just To Get Ot To Work.
