Question Does VSA also control rear brakes automatically

I know the VSA controls the front wheels via slippage, but does the system control the rear brakes as well for the anti rollover technology that say my 09 Suburban ltz does?

VSA controls all 4 wheels and motor output when slip is detected. As well when the car senses it is rolling over, the side air-bags will deploy to protect your head.

"The TL comes with an independent, double-wishbone suspension all 'round, anti-roll bars fore and aft (with slightly thicker bars on manual-shift models) and four-channel Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA, a stability control system). The improved VSA has the ability to modulate the throttle and all four brakes (as opposed to last year's system that modulated the throttle and just the front brakes)"

it will activate the inside brakes if it believes you are entering a corner too fast and experiencing sideway slippage/yaw, or will spin out
Throttle is also controlled in certain situations

For complete details consult your owner book before going anywhere!

Wow, I learn something everyday. I didn't know the rear wheels were controlled too. It would be nice if I knew of an empty parking lot large enough to try it out and see how it feels when it is activated. Knowing my luck, I would flip the dang car in the process so maybe not.
