Service includes Free loaner car for a day while you do any kind of service (even just the oil change).

my sister owns an 03 honda accord, i own a 04 TL. the 03 and newer accord is the car (platform) that ours is based off of.
the accord is a very capable car. however the differences between the 2 are numerous. the tl has the uprated engine 3.2l 270 hp vs 3.0l 240 hp, accourd 4 dr doesnt have a manual option, you can get the 6sp with the coupe. automatics (at least her year, dont have a manual overide, no choosing your own). suspension for the tl is better, brakes are improved (especially on the 6sp) 6sp gets a limited slip. better sound system, better interior, bigger tires (my sisters ex is wearing my original 17's, as i got aspec rims) and alot more sound deadning.

So... Euro Spec Accord is different from US Accord? Or the Euro Spec Accord is one generation older? I have no idea...
Speaking of sharing similar things... NSX has a 3.2 liter engine too... but I'm guessing its very different fron the TL engine?

the global midsize platform has 3 sizes (i think)
small = tsx/euro accord
medium = accord
large = tl
the odyssey also uses the gmp but i have no idea where it fits (extra large? )

Little off topic ... does TL and Accord share the same Nav? I know the new RL's nav can provide current traffic info, will that feature be available in the 05 TL?

You guys forgot.....
The TL uses an all new aluminum subframe and has a front shock tower support the size of a small tree. We basically use the same platform that the body sits on. The Nav system is the same but the Accord responds to fewer voice commands.
The 2nd gen. TL & CL used to use a lot of the same interior parts (I had a 98 Accord V6 Coupe and a 2001 CL) and switches but even that's been changed. VERY, VERY different cars.

last time i checked the auto did put out less hp, i also thought it was a smaller displacement 3.2 manual vs 3.0 auto. the 3.2 in the nsx is completly different then the 3.2 in the tl. the 3.2 in the nsx is a dohc motor, while the 3.2 in the tl is a sohc. bore and stroke is different as well (the length of the connecting rods are different as well, i wanted titanium as found in the nsx for my tl, alas it is not to be) all in all i suspect no parts or very few are swapable. now when the 3.5 in the tl comes out i belive, we may have a few more options to work with
