Does this look like an A-Spec?

I doesn't have the rims or the lowered suspension look. Is something fishy going on here?

No A-Spec kit, no mention of the suspension, no wheels, no rear wing, and finally, no steering wheel.

doesnt even have an aspec badge (false advertisement or simple relisted vehicle with couple items changed here and there like pics/vin/mileage)

They had an A-Spec TL in black the other day. I've seen it in person but its not worth what they are asking.
