Do you keep your lcoation icons on the Nav "showing" or "hidden" regularly?

I "show" gas stations, and "hide" the rest most of the time.

what's the command to hide all icons??

 

I THOUGHT I read a command listed someplace that will SHOW ALL or HIDE ALL, However I do not remember where and it isn't on the Nav info screen so maybe I am imagining it.

Anyone know if there isa command for all?

I see it shows the icons when you zoon in less tha 1/2 mile only. I usually keep it on 1/2 mile but somestimes when driving you want to see more side roads so I go down one more.. then there are too many icons many times..

So I turned it off unless needed.

And then again, you can always say FIND THE NEAREST GAS STATION

Try "Help, Navigation Commands"

 

Icons are always off for me, unless I need them in a strange part of town.

 

Help Navigation commands?

I am not looking for help.... I am wondering if there is a command that you can turn them all off or all on.. which I thought I read someplace.

Does anyone know?

The voice command I believe is "Hide All" while the map screen is up. Won't hide Honda/Acura dealers though...bastards! This command and all other possible commands for the navi can be read out loud by the system through "Help Navigation"

Schools and Police are always shown.

Your system must have gone postal.
