I have a 2004 Acura TL w/ Navi and I wanted to know if the brake lights from a 2007 TL would work in my 04. (The 04 TL rear lights are all red, the 07 TL rear lights are red and clear) I'm assuming the clear part of the 07 rear brakelight assembly turns on when the car is in reverse, but since the 04 TL has no reverse lights on it's rear brakelight assemblies, would the 07's work?.

If you're talking about the "taillight covers", then, yes, they'll work.

 

the clear part is actually the brake lights. they have red LEDs behind them.

 

The bulbs are the same size if that is what you are asking. The module should be the same size...I think...I'm pretty sure...

 

all 04-08 tail lights will fit each year. Its just a style they chose to go with for that particular year.
