Mask around the edges of the molding, the molding will be flapping a little on removal so rather be safe then sorry
Pull off this rubber cover by the hood
Slide the molding off the white clip just till it stops here. Use a pick and pry at this point on the white clip, it'll release the trim. Do not try to rip the clip out, it'll break
The clip should slide off the molding but stays clipped into the car. In the picture above, I just put it back in the modling for photos, the white clip will stay on the car, you have to twist the clip to release it from the car.
Peel back the molding enough and you'll see these clips. You have to pull up on molding and poke the teeth with the pick to release them
It will suck, but start from the inside and move out, alternate both sides to slowly release all the clips
Next are these white clips with ears, theres 3 of them, you just have to press down little hard and tug towards center of the car to release these flaps.
After you get (3) white clips off, just slide the molding towards back of car and pull up.
All done, now to install, I'ld actually start from the beginning again and redo it from the beginning. Then when you get to the white clips, put the molding in on the back end first(the last step) and then do the white clips by pressing down until they clip in.
