What he means to say is that all of the individual things you are asking about are covered here already. Do a search for the "specific" things you want to know about. The 04, 05, and 06 TLs are all 3Gen TLs. So they will have most things alike. When you do your search, it will pull up info for all TLs.

You are not going to get these guys that have done the work already by posting the threads, to do it all over again just to help you save time. They helped you save time enough by posting. Now all you have to do is search for what you want. Seriously, you just have to have patience and diligence.

There is NO one thread/post that tells all! Good luck and welcome Detective Lavo!

One thing that I know has changed between the AT, the MT and the different model years is the pricetag.

Searching should turn up everything you need to know.

Click on the Acura symbol, Archive, select Year, select model, select Technical Information or specs. The technical information section is a very good read describing many of the unique design features.

heck id love to, but being 19 in college, i cant buy a 38k dollar car, im looking to spend 20-25k more into an 04-05 range.

I just searched and came up with pretty much nothing...i just want a quick 30 word response to the changes, now if anyone wants to help it would be greatly appreciated as i couldnt find sites to show changes in the later models.

mostly im concerned with differences between AT and MT, and 04 and 05, or throw me a search link that you found them.

Not sure what you're looking for when you ask about the difference between an MT and an AT. Of course, there is the obvious.. one is a manual and one is an automatic. Manuals come standard with Brembos up front, larger rotors, stiffer springs and shocks, and larger sway bars. And yes, there is a noticable difference in the handling between a manual and an automatic. I should know.. I have one of each. Mine is an '04 manual and my wife's is an '05 automatic.

Manuals run the quarter mile quicker, too. However, the automatic is no slouch. Excellent throttle response coupled with a minimum amount of "slush" feeling in first gear make the automatic "touchy".. which is a good thing.

These are good cars and great fun to drive and own. You won't be sorry.

after reading up on them, looks to me that 04-06 are pretty much the same, the 06 detects low tire pressure...other than that nothings really different, please correct me if im wrong.

The MT are stick obviously, brembo brakes, premium potenza tires, better suspension and i believe that was it. and then some things to help make the MT run good.

Am i right for what you guys are aware of?

BTW after reading that i fell deeper in love with the TLs, they have soooo many luxury options and performance options...my parents have a G35 sedan and the TLs seem to be built more luxurious and alot more styling.

You forgot limited slip differential, which is great and expensive addition.
