Differences in the 3rd Gen TL's

Hi, I'm a new member here and I'm currently deciding which year TL to buy. So I was just wondering are there any significant differences between the 05-07 TL's?

any help is much appreciated.

There are many threads on this topic. Just to highlight a few:

07 is a MMC and has a new automatic tranny, new style rims, new headlights, taillights & fogs, DRL's, Type-S brought back for MY 07 ( which has a whole slew of differences IMHO between the "regular" 07), new interior/exterior color combos, there might be a few more...
