Now that 5AT Navi models (especially silver and anth colors) are almost impossible to find at Los Angeles area dealerships, it seems waitlisting is the only alternative...at least for now. Obviously, dealers are more willing to come off sticker when the car is sitting on their lot. But has anybody been able to negotiate a less-than-sticker deal for a car that was still on order? Just two weeks ago, one local dealer offered me $700 below sticker for a car he had in stock. Now I'm finding that dealers can't (won't )discount cars that aren't yet "on the ground".

 

I'm in NJ and got mine for $750 off plus the pro pack, wheel locks and flaps.

The car was on the dealers list Deep Green/Parch 5 AT Navi to be built in December so this may not count as a real order. The car is due to be delivered around 12/12-12/15.

After I contracted I received several other calls from dealers offering up to $1K off in stock models with Navi.

I don't think you get as much of a deal if the car has to be pre-ordered....i you wanna good deal wait for 2-3 months. By Feb-March i predict that they'll be a lot of TL's on the lot and therefore better prices for those who haven't bought yet. People are already recording build numbers in the 15 thousand range...in that case they're building tons of them.
We just gotta wait a lil longer.....I Hope....lol.
