well they called me for the "how did we do" call.

I told them they shouldnt be washing cars. She said "well we must 50 to 100 a day"

I told her that they just dont do a very good job and really shouldnt offer it if they are incapable of doing it correctly. But she said she put it in the computer so it will pop up from now on when Im there saying I dont want the wash.

Thanks for listening guys.

When I get the Lotus the only time it will see water is when I wash it.

i didn't even give them a chance to ask me for a wash, i looked at the service manager and said while she was typing my work order up, i said "no wash" and she looked at me like i was crazy.. I said i don't want nobody touching my car except for me. I told her it was non-negotiable. she asked me if i wanted a loaner, i said no, i'll be walking around the parking lot and i'll wait for it to be done.. i was being very anal about it, while i was watching them wash the cars, (which was around back where you couldn't really see) i couldn't believe how shitty they did, and they peeled out every 9/10 cars they washed. i was thanking myself for having a dirty car after i left

Well they took the initial effort to wash your car, which is great.

I've brought my other car to Ford dealerships 3+ times spotless and they come out looking horrible, grease on leather seats, dirt rain etc on outside just horrible. Both times i spent 500+ dollars and they didn't even wash or offer to wash my car. Once i even brought it up and hes like "well i can give you a wash ticket, wait no their closed"

For some reason i always felt that dealerships do better work, whether it be car wash or brake job, but in reality just comes down to the person working there.
