Any ideas much appreciated

My wife was backing our 2006 TL out of the garage the other day, my son and I were in the drive way waiting on her to leave and we heard this loud pop, I mean I thought it was one of the kids plastic balls under the tires. My wife stoped and got out, wanted to know what that was? Any how after looking around we found nothing and she drove it the rest of the day and for two more days before she said she was taking off from a stop sign and heard a loud pop from up front. The first one sounded like it was in the rear of the car. I have drove it since and can't find anything wrong. Has anyone ever experenced this before?

it could be cold brakes, do this, do some regular city driving and then try to replicate it. If it happens the brakes are sticking, if not its due to some cold brakes...

thanks alot

Yes, I just had some new pads put on about a month ago, OEM Honda of course. So if its the brakes sticking what do I need to do to fix it? or will it be O.K. to just let it go? Thanks alot, I was worried it was something awful.

Did you wash the car and then park it with the emergency brake on? If so, the pads will "fuse" themselves slightly to the rotors' rust and will issue a popping sound when you first move the car.
