Dealer replaced seat memory controller
The dealer replaced my malfunctioning seat memory controller. Apparently, Honda sent them a few new replacement controllers to deal with the seat memory problems owners were reporting. My seat memory works like a charm now but I shall see if it loses its memory within the next week.

Most of ppl having the new replacement seem satisfied so far... since Acura starts to replace this module, it has been two months now... you should be ok...
