alright guys i keep hearing bout this cold air intake n how much the sound quility and some performance enhancments, so i asked someone if it would void my warranty, n my answer was yes, no he told me if i had the dealer install it, it would be still warantied, my buddy had a IS300 had a intake exhaust, painted valve cover n so on but warranty was never voided, do u think if i had my dealer install this CAI it would still be warantied, i really want 1 but i also like my warantee

What??? Call your dealership and ask them. A lot of dealerships sell aftermarket parts as apart of their service department and having an aftermarket part on your car usually wont void the warranty...depending on the part.

dude just install it! if something goes wrong and you want to go in for check up, take it off and put back the stock and take the to them!

an intake wont void any warranty unless you suck up water with it and hydrolock your engine - there is no other way for it to hurt anything about your engine.

Exactly. Your warranty CANNOT be voided unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused the issue.
