Dat spool

As I am getting closer and closer to getting my type s , I've started noticing more and more TL's around me. (I've even almost crashed my moms Prius looking at one while driving lmao) I'm constantly in awe by the design and just look of the car. Anyways, today I was heading home from the gym, waiting for the bus, and from a distance I noticed this... Dark blue tl. Wasn't a type s. And as it starts approaching me the driver just GUNS it and the car makes this SEXY noise. Not much exhaust sound, but ... Idk how to explain it. The sound of a plasma gun charging up? Anyways. Any idea what the sound was? I'm assuming turbo spool or cold air intake... I would opt for a cai but apparently they have hydrolocking issues or something..

Any car will hydrolock if you shove water up the air intake. That's not TL specific.

You'll need the German stuff. You need to import that stuff from Germany and it'll probably cost you 50 bucks a gallon.

Just stick to regular...

It was one of those electric intake turbo fans. Surprised he didn't have a Type S badge on it considering these are worth 100+ HP. Gotta get a performance chip to get all of the potential out of it though.

Cold Air Intakes actually have a very low chance of hydrolocking. You would have to completely submerge the filter in water to hydrolock. Check out our website for great pricing on all kinds on cold air intakes. I recommend our XLR8 AEM V2 for the best gains:

OP, I know exactly what you are talking about. It was indeed a plasma gun. They are planning to mount it on the TL to take it to battle in space.

It's akin to texting your doctor and be like, "Hey Doc, my body is making this weird sound and my pee looks like kool-aid. What's wrong with me?"

Ebola. you have ebola.

If you plan to mod the TL, expect to pay high premiums for mediocre gains at best.

I liked op's expression about the cost of a supercharger.. "Well then."
Unfortunately you gotta pay to play. If your looking for cheapie do da, buy a 1998+ civic. For about 5K they become "Lambo" killers. So I was told by civic owners..

I was surprised because somebody said there was a 300 dollar supercharger haha. I understand they are very expensive. 0-60 in 7 seconds is just fine for me haha. Tbh all I'm going to do is a stage 3 exhaust and tint and maybe aspec lip kit. Just want to impress the babes (;

The TL isn't a pussay magnet. You need to have confidence when dealing with these hoes.
