I've seen a few TLs with no plates on the front... they're taking a $150 risk, but hey, it's their wallet!
As much as I like the car's look without the front plates, it's not worth the gamble to me.

I just got pulled over today at LAX for not having a front license plate. the LAPD gave me a fix it ticket. Took it to a traffic control in HB. The officer said, "Why are they so anal? " and wrote it off. lol. Stay away from LA, Santa Monica, and esp. LAX..I heard from others that LAPD are cracking down on vehicles without a front license plate and dark tints!!! Take the risk, keep it off. just kidding...
