They are telling you the truth. I did get a TL/Auto/Nav for the price they mentioned. They do have a document fee (I forgot how much that was-something like $120).

Not "everyone". It's just from this Turnersville Acura in NJ. It will be a very long drive for you from Boston (but may still be worth it). I'm sure the deals are just as crappy as before where you are and where I am (DC) for that matter. Don't fee too bad about it...

Peter, all you need to do is get the contract in writing far in advance. I did that when I bought remotely from Montclaire. They faxed me a signed contract that showed the purchase price of the vehicle, the list of accessories that were included for free, the amount of titling and registration fees and the amount of the Documentation fee. But most importantly it included the VIN for the vehicle that these prices applied to. So I had a written offer from them and they didn't even ask me to sign and send back the contract; in other words I was still not 100% commited.

The only surprise that I had when I came to Montclaire was how nice these people were. And they ended up waiving the Documentation fee...

I ordered mine (6AT/NAV/RED) from Turnersville in Jan for the 32.9k and it is scheduled for production tomorrow!!! They have been real easy to work with and completely honest to date.

I'll let you all know in a week or two when I pick it up if there were any problems.

Turnersville

I just read the other day that these prices are legit from someone who got a car from there but....... They don't have cars with 6MT and Navi in stock. Have to order and you're looking at end of May delivery.

It amazes me how much "goodwill" plays a part in what people think of a dealership. If only all dealerships would remain honest and offer competitive prices, they would never have to worry about their reputation.

With a production date for tomorrow, when did they say they'll have the VIN# for you and did they give you a delivery date?

As soon as they get they will pass it one and then a few days for delivery but they also gave me the corporate line of it could take 10 to 14 days but normally is less. I think they are just trying to be honest and upfront about it.

I second the honesty statement, I bought a 03 MDX from a local dealer last April and when I went to buy the TL they jerked me around. It was more of the Sales manager that was being shady so the salesman quit over the issue and went to work at another dealer and I tool my business to NJ.
