Damage estimate

Hello, all.

I was looking for some advice. My gf was driving my TL. I wasn't present. Her parking fail, too shallow of an approach, resulted in the side molding ripped off

The supporting screws behind the left wheel well are bent. A few clips broke off. Any ideas ($CDN) on how much this might cost me (ahem her, lol Thanks.

That will cost you approximately 280 canadian total taxes in shipped to your door for the factory aspec side skirts. Direct replacement and prepainted. You can contact one of our vendors here to buy them. t

im at acuraoemparts.com
bruce who is known on here as acktl05 I believe.

Id just replace them with the aspec kit. Then all you need to do is buy the front and rear lip.

ORRR if you want a cheap cheap fix, i believe you can turn the clips 45* and they pull out. Or simply buy new clips at the dealer. But that might run you about 40$ canadian max. Im in Ontario Canada, so my prices are legit.

Hope I helped

Ouch!! Do yourself and favor and teach your GF how to driver properly. When I met my wife she did not know how to drive. I taught her with a 4mt. She not only knows how to drive and also with a manual. Good luck with the repairs.

Lol. No. Just the curb. It's an island beside the parking spot with a 90 degree curb. Waaaaay to shallow in the approach. I'm guessing the side skirts rode up on top of the curb corner. The thought alone makes me cringe!
