Do you think these bulbs would light up the amber-diffuser better?
I smoked my ambers out a little too dark.. and in daylight you can barely tell that I'm signaling... but at night it's perfect.

If I do the blacked out V2 and leave the amber diffuser in their you'll get a nice blacked out look without loosing light output. Your blinker/parking still will work as they are right now here is what they look like

much appreciated guys. its still just a little to amber for me. do u have a pic of it blacked out with the amber diffuser?? with the reflector blacked out it would still project but with a little less quality during the day?as having a v1 right? .. is there a way of spraying a "mist"of black on the diffuser? (not worth it/wont look good/doesnt make sense) what u think. i just feel the diffuser makes it so much cleaner then without it.. thanks again

 

I think the amber looks good as well, but I think the v2 look will look awesome on my car which is why I decided against leaving the amber in

JNC, do the chrome bulbs you posted up light up while you are driving or only when you turn signal is one/parking lights.

I have a question about the bulbs for the trurn signals. For either the cleared or V2 options are the chromed amber light bright enough? I've seen many reccomendation for the switchback LEDs but I'm a little on the fence with them. What do you reccomend?

^^ Yeah working on them right now, as we speak I have already found one of the main problem with the passenger side headlight, the body shop goons who worked on your car put in D2R bulb (a broken one I must add) in your projector. Projector based headlights take D2S bulbs

Once the headlights are opened I'll fix the broken tabs inside, I also noticed a huge bulge in the middle of the headlight casing which suggests that headlight was indeed in an accident and in the accident the there was damage to the internals.

 

I was hoping to find some more pictures like this in here. The pics on the floor are nice, but I was hoping members could step up and create a thread with installed pics. It's hard to tell what I like best without seeing them on the car.

 

 

They're typical bulbs. Basically just for looks when you get your lights cleared. Normal functionality though, parking lights/turn signals etc.

 

jnc, fogs will be there tomorrow am.. that should be the last of things..

 

Hey JnC, you wouldn't happen to have any extra turn signal reflectors laying around would you? Not the diffuser, but the chrome reflector.
