How do the angel eye upgrade work? Does it turn on when you turn your headlights on or is there a separate switch?

 

I like the way cleared out headlights (and tail lights) look, and would pay for the mod if the headlights were guaranteed (more than 1 year) not to get condensation on the inside. I wish there was a way you could seal them back up as good as the factory does when they're built. Most headlights and tail lights are sealed air tight to keep condensation from forming on the inside, correct? When I was in grad school, I had to replace the headlights on my car (Caprice Classic) because they had condensation on the inside and my car initially failed state inspection as a result. Granted, I lived in a much more humid environment (College Station, TX) than I do now. Does doing this mod significantly reduce the life of the headlights because of this fact?

 

I received and installed my lights on friday and let me tell you just by looking at them jnc seals them up pretty damn good. I think the seal he put looks 10x better than my factory ones.

I cant speak for everyone but I have no doubts that his work is top notch and wont fog up.

Need help, does any one kno wats the difference in light output from philips 85122 wx vs. Philips 85122+?

 

WX are the 6000k Ultinons by philips and the 85122+ are the 4250k regular bulbs. WX are whiter/bluer than the 85122+ but the 85122+ are much brighter in intensity than the WX.
