JnC or anybody else. On the 03 Cl, that foam ring you included... it goes in the Hi beam bulb area stretched around the plastic? underneath the Factory rubber ring? Please link or explain. I'm putting my headlights in now. Thanks.

-- Take the HID ballast off of the old headlight.
-- Install the foam washer around the HID ballast, you may have to stretch it a bit as these washers are made for the TL/TSX ballasts but can be used with the CL ballasts.
-- Reinstall the ballast on to the new headlights.
-- So the washer basically sits between the ballast and the headlight to form a perfect seal.

Waiting on a few old headlight sets to get back from other members before work commences on the next projects.

I am seriously thinking about revising my deposit structure to make sure people send their old headlights back in a timely fashion rather than waiting weeks, even months some times before sending the old headlights back in.
