Yeah I know that crossbar is the problem...My idea is it would be nice to have a readymade grille that will drop-in once the crossbar is cut out. It would be an easy dremel cut, a perfect cut is not necessary a drop-in grille like Pic #1 would work and cover it up and look stock....

Or better yet a body kit replacing the whole front bumper like picture #2 above. Something like a RJ bumper, with integral grille that could be meshed out and sportier lower grilles that suit the car.

The delay in my grille mod Darkman? 1) Replacing my lost tools 2) Just got in a fender bender that will only get fixed in 3wks. 3) I have no garage to work in.

i think that concept TL picture looks funny, real funny.. it looks like its dragged out too far and on top of the A looks weird because its so big.. but that cf one on the m3 looks real good.. i'd be interested in something like that.. :p if the price was right

I will contact my fabricator this week about the status of the trunk. I like to have it before the All Cali Acura Meet.

Reason why I ask is I am in the process of making an addon CSL style add on trunk lid in fiberglass or carbon fiber.

Look's great I'd buy it for sure!.........will it be under $500.00 dollars?

If it's an add on piece I'm trying to aim lower than $500 or more if it's either CF or fiberglass. Depending on how many people here are interested.

Try Ebay. I have to buy a new trunk from the dealer and have it shipped to the east coast to have them molded for me.

The lip on the trunk mod is looking better to me in that pic above, but it is too costly to do because it means shit-canning my decklid spoiler and that is too much money wasted (new purchase and old purchase amount combined) on a trunk mod!

Grille (too plain, sickening bar):

Trunk lid :

I can understand why you guys want the mod now, but too expensive when adding all costs! To each his own...

Sorry...not yet. They're been working on other show cars so I guess my stuff is kinda like there back burners >_< Which is kinda suck because I took out my CF front lip and having them make a mold for me too.
