Yeah pretty right on. I would really love to have a rear wheel drive TL. I would not purchase an all wheel drive version though.

I love my new TL....

But the car would be just about perfect with rear drive. Actually perfect would be rear drive and the G35/350Z VQ motor in it as well

not as scathing as I thought it would be.

The reason TL is such an unbelievable value is b/c it shares the same platform as the Accord. If Acura develops a new RWD platform for the TL who do you think will be paying for the R&D?

/hint, not acura.

For (performance+feature)/price, TL is hard to beat. One of the major reason is because TL's platform sharing w/ the Accord.

It may be the same platform as the accord but I have NEVER had anyone say my car is, looks like, or drives like the accord..... I just flat out love this car.

BMW 325i review above, intresting quote: "If you look closely at the new BMW 3-Series you’ll see considerable evidence that Mercedes isn’t the only German brand cutting corners at the low end of their lineup". "Other than its lamentable build quality, the new 3's looks are the only fly in the soup".

They are quite the critics and might be spot on since they dont seems to appear in the Auto makers pockets

Honda should just develop a RWD Accord. Then we could have our cake and eat it too.

I just don't get the part about torque steer.... it just doesn't seem bad to me--- not at all.. Is this a difference between the AT in the review and MT? I can feel a slight pull as a turn the wheel under hard acceleration- but it is more akin ato a Gyroscope feel then a tug.... I have actually come to enjoy it.

While rear wheel drive is great for a sports car, I would not want my TL to be rear wheel drive, that would suck in the snow.

I dont see a lot of BMW's (or corvettes) speeding in the snow unless they are all wheel drive...
