Has anyone ever had this problem?

It never happens during heavy braking, only slow braking such as when i'm going into a parking spot. The sound is usually emitted when i have the brake on lightly and i'm letting go slowly.. its like a deep creaking noise, nothing like a screech.

I think this same problem occurs on my 2002 camry. Pretty sure it's the brakes, but i dont know if this is just normal with disc brakes or if something is wrong with them.

Any help appreciated.

 

Happens to me only when my calipers and rotors are cold

 

it might be the VSA kicking it... mine does that when i slam or turn quickly.

 

mostly when cold, i think. i dont think it's VSA as it only happens in sloww breaking and i feel no feedback in the brake pedal.

 

It seems to happen while roads are bumpy... ?
