Converting an 05 TL front end to an 07.
My '05 TL that I've barely owned for a month was involved in a hit and run last week when some guy ran a redlight taking my front end with him. I've decided to get the bumper and fenders replaced and painted. I've been wanting to get foglights done on my TL and will most likely be buying an 07 front bumper which I'm aware can fit the 05 to skip the whole retrofitting bumper part for accord fogs. I hope the fenders will also fit. The body parts place I'm buying the parts from have the passenger fender for the 07 but cannot order the driver side to match at all. I've checked online and found the '05 driver side fender but not sure if there's any differences with mounting it or with the shape between the 2 of them.
The only place I'm confused is what year headlights to buy since both ones I have are completely broken. I've done some research and found that the main differences between the '05 headlights and 07' headlights is that '05 has the foglights built in the headlights and the ballast on the 05 ballast is different from the 07. I'm not sure if the 05 ballast is too big or small for the headlight to fit on the 07 bumper or if it will cause any problems with plugging anything in. Just super confused on which to get and hoping someone could help.
So the question is, if I get an '07 passenger fender/front bumper and an 05' driver side fender, will buying the '07 headlights or '05 headlights be ideal when it comes to fitting with the ballast differences? I don't really even know what the ballasts look like.
Sorry if this all seems like stupid questions but I tried looking into the differences and found as much info as a could but still confused on this headlight portion. I've just recently got new tires and brakes on the car before the accident on top of buying the car itself so I'm trying my best to align it with my goals with the car while getting the best bang for my buck with parts, I don't wanna give up on it. Any help would be appreciated it.

the fenders are the same. it doesnt matter what year fender..all 2004-2008 fenders are the same.
Did the accident fuck up the ballast?
the only thing that changed about the ballast is that in 2006, it got skinnier or thinner. that is all. the ballast is mounted to the frame.
any of the headlights will mount. all 2004-2008 headlights are the same
