I recently purchased spyder aftermarket headlights from pro tuning lab for my 05 tl. They were advertised to be plug n play with the oe hid ballast for 04-08. Unfortunately upon receiving the headlights, taking my front bumper off and taking out the passenger side headlight, uninstalling the bulb and ballast it wouldn't bolt up to the new one. Then I dug alittle further and found out 04-05 have a different ballast than 06-08. Pro tuning lab is offering to refund my money, but these lights are amazing and I would hate to return them. I'm having a hard time finding out if I buy the 06-08 ballast will the connector match up to my 05 wiring harness? And does it pull the same amount of power. TIA for any and all help.
