does anyone know if the comptech headers,and exhaust for an 02 tls would fit on the new 04 model? i also have an injen cai it would be nice if these aftermarket parts fit the new model.

No, everything is different, from the head to header interface to the clearances to the suspension.

There may be a possability that there will never be headers for this car. The locations of the cat(S). I may be wrong, but look how close they are to the block.
