Comptech Exhaust

Well, it has been a while since I've done anything to the car so I was wondering for those of you who have replaced the stock exhaust with Comptech's, do you still feel like it was worth it? I've read the reviews but most of those are reviews of the exhaust right after installation...I'd like to hear from people who have had it installed for a period of time. Have you noticed any droning noise or increased droning noise at certain speeds? Anyone thinking of going back to the stock exhaust?

Hello:

As I have stated there is a "drowning" at about 2500RPM's. I am 55 and my hearing is not good. I will NOT go back to the stock cat back. I love the low pitched sound of the Comptech Cat Back. I will be at the meet this Saturday in SFO. If someone can take a recording and get it posted that would be great. According to Comptech nobody has gone back to the stock cat back after an installation of their Cat Back System...

I have noticed that same drone and I just replaced the two rear mufflers and the front resonator. I am still attempting to get rid of the drone by experimenting with different resonators. I do not have the comptech cat back but it seems like any basic muffler/exhaust swap will give you that sound at around 2500rpm.
