Complete tune-up question

hey guys, i have an 05 and it has about 96k miles. I recently took it to Vegas and back so added about 700 miles in 2 days. anyways, what tune-up should i look at and how much would everything cost ?

Your only 9K miles from the timing belt replacement.

By tune-up, I think you mean valve adjustment? I was quoted $250 or so from my dealer. I'm having it done at the 105K service, which is the timing belt, water pump, etc.
