Which company LED's for interior and taillights & license plate.
I ordered a kit off Amazon and the revers and license plate are rather dim.
2 of the 6 interior flicker every now and then. individual led's on the whole light not all of them.
Vled's, superbright led's, autogoody, ijdmtoy??
these all seem to basically be the same led's?? SMD white plastic base...
I am also gonna swap the stock fogs to LED. Suggestions there? 05 TL

I’ve had good experience with VLED’s newer designs, and SuperBrightLED’s. And surprisingly, DDM. I stay from Ebay, Amazon, and LEDAutomotive. There are others like ijdmtoy and oznium, but I have not used them. All my exterior and most of the interior lighting is LED now.

I usually go for VLEDS too, but the interior lights I have in my car are these:
I didn't know about VLEDS when I got these. I've had them for over a year now and I have no issues at all. I would never again buy anything LED from Amazon, nor would I get anything from eBay. I've bought from VLEDS and SuperBrightLEDs and have got nothing but high-quality stuff. I won't settle for less.

I've bought LEDs from all over the place.
My first interior LEDs and license plate LEDs were from VLEDs back in 2011.
I don't run any of them anymore. They were not that bright, especially for the price I paid. They were also 6k, and too much blue for my taste.
I'm sure their later stuff are pretty bright, though.
I then upgraded to eBay LED boards for the interior.
MUCH brighter, PURE white, and much cheaper.
I've been using it ever since 2012.
Then came time to get turn signal LEDs.
I purchased 120 SMD LEDs from Autolumination.
They weren't cheap. I paid close to $100 for them back in 2011.
They still work and match OEM bulb brightness, but I needed something brighter especially driving during the day since LEDs are harder to see.
Beginning of this year I upgraded from Autolumination to JLC Lighting thanks to paperboy. They were SUPER bright. Also got rear LED turn signals (same ones in red).
I also got DRL LEDs from JLC lighting. A few months after, one bulb didn't work, so I sent it in and got a replacement. a few months after, this replacement bulb stopped working. I am going to get it fixed and sell them, just because I don't want to deal with shipping back and forth. I replaced the JLC lighting LEDs with "Frosty's" LEDs.
It was time for me to get reverse LEDs, and VLEDs had a sale of 20% or 30% off so I pulled the trigger.
They are bright, and worth the money.
In short,
Autolumination - sketchy customer support, but bulbs lasted for a long time and still going. I would not consider buying from them again due to the price and the website is hideous.
VLEDs - Good customer service, expensive, but worth the cost if you're worried about LEDs going bad. (Used for my reverse LEDs)
The ONLY time I would buy from VLEDs is if they have a sale going on, which is most holidays.
eBay- Cheap, best bang for your buck, very bright, good customer service.
There are many sellers out there but the only one I recommend to people here is snb331. (Used for my door and interior LEDs)
JLC Lighting - Good experience, love their stuff, good prices, good customer service. (Used for my front and rear turn signals).

I purchased lic. plate LED's from vleds about 2 years ago and the individual LED's are starting to flicker and fail. I am not happy about it, for the price and them being LED's I was expecting better quality and them to last longer.
If the LED's fail before the stock bulbs thats a problem in my opinion!

So if I understand correctly I made a mistake by ordering 2 boards, 10 towers and 8 smaller ones for super cheap on amazon? Haha do you guys think I'm gonna receive s bunch of unreliable Chinese LEDs or should I be good for a while?
