Color matched splash guards

I noticed that Acura now offers color matched splash guards for the 2005 RL. I've seen these and they look great.

Anyone ever try painting their splash guards to match their TL's color? Any rumors about Acura offering color matched splash guards for the TL?

There was at least one member whom had their guards painted WDP I believe. Do a search and it should appear. I don't think acura will offer body color guards at this point for the TL

I had my splash guards painted. It cost $40 at a local body shop. Looks great!

I took mine off and to Nalley in Atlanta, body shop manager said the texture plastic does not hold paint well and he has not had good results in the past. He would not do it. He DID however paint my lower grills!
