Additionally, members may not post a car for sale or trade until they have been a registered member for 60 days and have 30 acceptable posts. The minimum post rule for cars may be waived for members with at least 4 months of membership.

If you tried posting here : https://acurazine.com/forums/marketplace/cars/search/ and it didn't let you then you are not eligible to post in the Black Market just yet.
