Clear diffusers
Clear diffusers
I had a chance to meet up with a guy that opened type s headlights and sold them without the diffusers. He is willing to sell the clear diffusers to me for $200 plus $10 shipping, is that a good deal? Considering the loss he got from selling them without diffusers its about right, and no he is not a member on here.
Supply and demand says that it's about right.
My inherent instinct says that's ridiculous.
But it seems to be the going price around here... someone bought a set for $250 last year IIRC.

How would fitment be though? Just like DEPO TYPE S the color and such is not OEM quality, although that doesn't matter when I work on them.
Also not having the amber reflector is illegal, some may not like that. Just my .02cents

You're right, it's illegal not having amber in the front in some states, maybe all...but it hasn't stopped many of us from cleaing out our headlights and leaving them with no reflectors at all.
well i did mine the super hard way, bought some type-s headlights for the clear diffusers, made some clear reflector using some skill and mainly a dremel, put all that in my 05 headlights for the ultimate cleared-out look. (got most of my money back after selling the type-s headlights)
in all if you want something bad enough.... well you get the picture
