CL-S vs TL 6 Speed

Does anyone know the difference between the 2003 CL-s 6 spd and the TL 6 spd. I was thinking about doing a swap and was wondering if one had better gearing or something.

I heard they are the same. Not sure if the CL has the torsen limmited-slip differential though

Im thinking about swaping it into my 6th gen accord since i found a new one for cheap. I am running a 6 speed from a CL-s right now but its shifting funny. I just wanted to make sure it fits. After some research they have different part number for the housing and case but have the same final drive and LSD.
