Circulating ATF on the rack during replacement service possible???

Our experts have indicated that several drains and refills with new ATF must be made to end up with mostly new ATF. Also that the car needs to be DRIVEN after each refill to circulate the ATF properly. Is it not possible to keep the car ON the rack after the first drain-then lower it slightly-start it-put it in drive on the rack-let it run 5 minutes- then shut off- drain and refill?? It would save a lot of time this way instead of taking it off-drive-put back up etc. Isn't it all the same since the front wheels are turning and circulating the ATF off the ground anyway? The service cost would be much lower since it would take half the time. What do you think??
