Choosing HID for stock TL 2004

hi,
first, I hate to create more threads on this forum lol.. i couldn't find my answer because search ended up with 5000 pages =\
my passenger side HID light is moody, rarely turns on.. in other words, i wont turn on but sometimes it would but that's really rare. Im suspecting that its ballast, looked for one OEM ballast, they cost 3 times more than full hid kits.
now, Im confused with so may HID brands, i don't even know which one looks better. I need advice on choosing right HID kit. i have stock HID set.
also, the yellow bulb is not sharp at all.. its getting dull and does not look crisp.. may be replace bulbs ? am i asking right question ? lol.. i need crisp sharp look
ebay links \ brand names \ specs will be much appreciated

Top of the line bulbs right now are
Osram 66240 CBI (hard to come by)
Philips 85122+

Stick with OEM ballasts, they can be found on eBay pretty easy.

If you want a sharp cutoff, look into ZKW-r Clear lenses for your projectors.
