I guess it all depends how much commission they make off of you. Maybe you paid sticker and they were like "Hell ya!! Thanx man!! Give that guy some appreciation...OK we have some glasses sitting around here somewhere. Ya, just give these to him and he'll come back and buy something else!!"
As for me I knocked over $5k off the sticker, my dealer didn't give me a thing extra! As a matter of fact I was so happy with my deal I drove out of there like I stole it before they could reread the paperwork, ahaha!
jkidding, I'm just jealous of the glasses.

haha reminds me of that IKEA commerical, with the lady running to the car yelling for her husband to start the car so tey can take off quickly thinking they didn't charge her for something...lol.

It's the little things that keep you thinking about your dealer and customer service. You are a good customer and they want to keep your business. It is a small price to pay for hanging on to a good customer that spends ++$38k. Well worth it.

When I bought my car, the dealership gave me an Acura cap, a pen and a travel mug.
