Check list buying a Used 04 TL
I know the basic exterior, interior, and tire wear. Is there anything else I need to look detail?
I'm having my eye on a WDP 04 TL, 52K miles, A-Spec Body Kit. Price: $20K
You guy think its worth that price or I should negotiation it lower. But there a dent near the door handle.

sounds like a good price as is. kbb says $21580 (private sale, good condition, non-navi, auto, a-spec), althought many people say kbb is high.
You didn't say, who's selling it? Dealer or individual? If they're starting off at $20K, you might be able to get another $500-$1000 off.

Last week, I was behind an Infinity G35 with its version of WDP and guess what? It had a slight mismatch on the rear bumper along with a mismatch on the rectangular/ugly grab-handle thing on the center of the trunk. As other people have noted, it seems that the mismatch is an issue with matching different materials with a difficult paint scheme. It's not just an issue with Acura makes.
Yes, I know that Lexus seems to solve this problem as I haven't noticed this issue with Lexuses. For Acuras anyway, I have noticed mismatches also with the DesertMist and even Silver TLs as well- just seems that WDP seems to get the bad wrap on mismatch bumpers mostly.
I'd say check out the powertrain, suspension, and interior for any squeaks or blemishes. Find out how the car was maintained regarding oil changes (was it by MID or mileage interval) and stuff like that.
