Several weeks ago, my car received the ECU update for the dreaded check engine light (ECU dianosed a misfire). While driving around Dallas Wednesday, I noticed the engine light flashing again.....so, I took it back to the dealer. I got a loaner car and expected to get it back Thursday...no such luck. I gave them a call Friday afternoon and they are still not done working on it!

Anyone else had this issue? Is this easily fixed with another software patch?

There is another TSBs which may be helpful. Check your dealer and see if TSB 04-016 is right for you. Copy is in Garage.

I had this TSB work performed and haven't seen a MIL light since.
