Where can I buy a base 07-08 base a-spec front/rear kit.
Can I jus buy the front lip or will that look weird.

 

I've read here on AcuraZine that it has been discontinued for that color. Might want to hit up one of our vendors like AcktL05, OEMAcurapartsTim, Wholesalepartsguy to see if they have any in stock.

I don't think a front lip alone would look funny but I prefer the whole kit. You might be stuck in buying a kit for a different color and then getting it painted.
