Carbon Fiber Interior

I just called Acura of Lynnwood and asked about the new interior trim. The parts guy stated that the new Carbon Fiber pieces are for the 2006 TL only. He said if I know that the part will fit I can go ahead and get it. He said he is unsure if it fits the 05's.

Has anyone bought the carbon fiber for their 04 or 05 TL's. Or does anyone know if it will fit the 05??

i want that kit for my 06. i thought i could get any 04+ kit, didnt know there was a difference. is there? how much is Acura charging? is aftermarket good enough, worse or better?

This is an upgrade that came out when the 06 models came out. The front and rear kits will fit all 04-06 TL's.

Huh? I have the fake plastic painted to look like carbon fiber in my '04. Is there a real carbon fiber kit now or something?

I have the OEM carbon fiber inserts for my 05 TL with the OEM carbon fiber steering wheel. Everything fits perfectly fine...

I just installed the front pieces on my 06. Looks great...but way overpriced! Ordered it from Acura of Escondido (ebay) $44 with shipping. Cheapest I could find. Got it in 4 days..west coast to east coast.
