^^Sweet!! If that pic is any indication of how you're going to make the TL look, then i'm confident you won't let us down. My brother had C5s on his 97 Accord. I love those rims.

oo.. yes... my secret has been.. revealed lol.
yea, ATLP is good and all, but looking at the dimensions of both, i chose to go with that one. I've made 2 custom Jpipes, 6 custom exhaust set ups on that accord.

I'll be doing the same for the TL and not change out the muffers. Those TLS mufflers are too damn sexy to let go!

stocks studs are too long after the spacers.
the type of rim i wanted only had high offsets so had to force it it to make it lower.

found a shop that'll do it so going there on saturday morning.
Install will either be on Sunday or saturday so i'll have pix by this weekend.

I was always those type of guys who wanted a shit load of parts and install all in 1 to 2 days... doing it now =)

this wait is killing me!

Sounds unsafe... Be careful

10mm spacer + shorter studs... ? how's that gonna work?

Most folks that use spacers need longer studs...?

not necessarily.
under 10mm is 'safe' I'd say up to 5mm is safe because it still allows the lug nut to tighten into a good amount of thread. However, by putting a 10mm, after putting on the rim, there's only about 1 thread for you to tighten down your lug nuts. Basically, drive a mile and you'll have rims flying down the road with your car 'slammed' to the ground

the 10mm spacers with the stock studs allow you to have new extended studs.

check out the company i got the spacers from.

Ditto, I loved the Accords.

I guess when we grow up, our taste in cars progress as well =)

More elegant, more luxurious, more car ^^

haha yes, i think so too.

however, here's an updated.

took a couple pix on my phone cam cuz my camera battery died on me...

the original rims i had in mind did not fit due to brembos.. DAMN THOSE THINGS!!

so i switched em out for some other rims.. $2000 w/ tires T.T

specs :
19x8.5 +38 235/35/19
19x9.5 +38 245/35/19

planning on installing the headlights, UR underdrive pullies, intake, 8000K hid bulbs this weekend on Sunday.

now i gotta get the Muteki open ended lug nuts to put on before my blue lug nuts cuz my lug nuts are now hiding in the holes T.T

damn offsets!!

i'll put up some pix later tonight or tomorrow =)

wasn't gonna but nothing fit and i needed to get rims ASAP so my shop hooked me up with these... $2300 bucks.. i might sell em soon cuz i don't want the staggard and want a more aggressive offset with low pro tires.

They look nice though! =)
