I am attempting to install a direct mount for a dash cam but I cannot remove the oem mirror at all. The clip that releases it is not doing anything, it's stiff as hell, I can't even depress it really. Any ideas?
Was able to get it off but for all for nothing as the mount I bought is not compatible. Do these cars take a special mount or something? There was a Honda/Subaru specific mount but it also does not look the same as a 2006 TL
