Cancel lease or terminate my lease
HELP! I have lost my job, does any one know if I can terminate my lease, and give back the car? I can't afford the payments without a job...

i dont think you can. They will come after you with a stiff penalty. I would contact the bank and see if they can take the car away fair and square.... without damaging your CREDIT HISTORY.

Ya I feel ya on losing your job, happened to me at one time luckily I had a low payment on a civic at the time. I found the website I had in mind about taking over leases, look at LeaseTrader.com for more info. A girl I knew used this site to transfer her eclipse lease.

Check your lease contract to determine if it will allow you to assign the lease. If so, you can try getting someone to take over your lease payments.
